What subscription plans do you offer?

We offer the following plans:

All of our subscription plans come with FREE SHIPPING as well!

Can I choose the puzzle I receive?

Yes! You can select a specific piece count when you first sign up, as well as future puzzles before they ship. To ensure quick delivery, however, your first puzzle is not viable for switching out: it will be selected and mailed immediately upon purchase.

Why can’t I choose my first puzzle in the subscription?

Your first puzzle is specially selected from your chosen subscription to get you started on your puzzle journey right away! While the first puzzle is pre-selected, you’ll have full control over future deliveries. You can skip, pause, or swap puzzles from the selection flow to ensure each puzzle is just right for you. Plus, your first box ships immediately for quick delivery!

Who does a puzzle subscription make a great gift for?

What if I already own the puzzle I receive?
