The puzzle did not arrive at the scheduled time I was told when I ordered it, very delayed in shipment. Also, I sent an email inquiring about this and received no response.

Overall we LOVE Masterpiece puzzles. The pictures are great, posters are included, and they are delivered quickly. Once we received a puzzle with a totally bent piece. Customer service responded quickly and a replacement puzzle was sent. There is a piece missing from one of the newest puzzles I ordered; that's a first. I have not contacted customer service about that one yet, but I'm sure once I do they'll once again respond quickly.
