The service was fine. The quality was not as good as I expected. I have always purchased from White Mountain Puzzles. The quality of their product is much better. I purchased this one because it was a West Virginia football puzzle. The pieces were too small. I have been doing puzzles since I was a child. My whole family did them together. I have about 25 puzzles in my collection now.
