Bought four stadium puzzles April 14 2025 Built the Detroit Tigers won missing one piece. Customer Service is only on the website tells you to fill a form out and they will send you a replacement one if they have it if not, you will receive. Who knows what in 4 to 6 weeks. If you buy a new puzzle from them, it takes 2 to 3 days. I built Michigan Stadium one Next it's missing five pieces website. Customer Service says you could only fill that form out once a year or they discard it so basically they do nothing for you. They need to do better they can put a system in place that would weigh the box similar to the self check out at the grocery stores. It knows if you even put an item in a bag because it's by weight. I've been building puzzles for a year now since I came disabled and I use white Mountain puzzles and never had any issues. But I liked the stadium ideas at masterpieces. But if you can't get the whole puzzle it's useless. It's a waste of money and our Customer Service is nonexistent.

I have several older of your puzzles all noted Made in the USA, so I decided to buy some more. Imagine my annoyance to discover that all the puzzles I ordered were made in CHINA! You are off my buy list!
