I thought someone took our UPS delivery and ask around our neighborhood if anyone took it or if it was delivered to their home, only to find out that my husband put the box in our bedroom after he took his delivery out of the same box and said that he didn't realize that the puzzle box was included. I was embarrassed.

My original order said delivered but was never received. I contacted customer service and they promptly sent me a replacement. They even communicated with me over the weekend outside of normal office hours. Great experience!

These are easier to put together but hard enough to be a challenge.

I have only completed one of the puzzles so far and it was fine. I sent a note a few weeks ago about a puzzle that was missing 1 piece but had 2 duplicate pieces. Still waiting to see if the puzzle will be replaced.
